Why Transfer to RoyalCert

  • Fast & Efficient – Structured pre-transfer review, completed within days.
  • Expert Auditors – GSTC and ISO 17021 qualified professionals.

  • Cost-Effective – No full new audit required when eligibility is confirmed.

The Transfer Process

Step 1. Initial Contact & Proposal

RoyalCert reviews your existing GSTC certification details (scope, validity, audit cycle) and prepares a quotation aligned with your current certification period.

Step 2. Pre-Transfer Review

A qualified RoyalCert reviewer evaluates documentation including: certificate, audit reports, status of nonconformities, and complaints. This ensures compliance with IAF MD2:2017 and GSTC Assurance Requirements.

Step 3. Transfer Audit (if applicable)

An on-site assessment verifying continued conformity and operational implementation following the existing audit cycle.

Step 4. Decision & Certification Issue

Upon a positive review, RoyalCert issues a new certificate with the same scope and expiry date as your existing one, under RoyalCert accreditation.

Step 5. Notification and Record Management

RoyalCert informs your previous certification body of the transfer and maintains full traceability records.

When Is a New Audit Required?

A new initial audit may be required if documentation cannot be provided, major nonconformities remain unresolved, or the audit cycle was not properly maintained. RoyalCert enables a straightforward transition.

Applicable GSTC Certification Categories
